Product Changes
Prices, terms and conditions, items and colors are subject to change or can be discontinued without notice.
Production Times
Standard 7-working-day service on all embroidered and engraved products. We provide standard 14-working-day service on silk screening services and promotional products.
For all product lines, standard production time is available on all catalog quantity orders. Production time begins upon receipt of the complete order or after proof approval. For orders above catalog quantities, which require a proof, contact EYB Promotions for production time.

Authorized Returns
Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge when returned within 60 days from receipt of merchandise. Authorization from EYB Promotions is required prior to return of merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. No credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return to EYB Promotions.
Artwork Return
Customer artwork, if available, will be returned if requested on order. Include company name and purchase order number on all artwork. Examples of items that cannot be returned include letterhead, photocopies or labels.
Art services provided by EYB Promotions are created in a digital format which cannot be returned.
Catalog Illustrations
Logos and other imprints shown in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only. They do not imply endorsement, nor are any items with these specific logos for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by the owner of such designs. Product colors shown throughout this catalog may vary slightly from actual products due to inherent limitations in photography, film separations, offset printing and plastic molding processes.
Authorization Indemnification
By placing an order with EYB Promotions, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc. identified in your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EYB Promotions, its parent, subsidiaries and its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.
Additional charges and ordering information:
- Digitizing: Minimum charge of $50.00 for a typical logo. Prices vary based on stitch count and complexity. We offer free digitizing quotes.
- Tape edits: A minimum charge of $50.00 will be applied logos that need to be adjusted.
- Embroidery personalization: A minimum charge of $10.00 will apply for one line of personalization.
- Hat backs: A minimum charge of $5.00 will apply when embroidering hat backs (under 4,000 stitches).
- Bags: Price varies based on design complexity.
- Jackets: Price varies based on design complexity.
- Minimum order charge: We charge $10.00 for minimum orders, under 12 pieces.
- Shipping: Shipping is charged on a per order basis. UPS offers over night and two-day shipping options.
- Embroidery designs available: If you take advantage of our embroidery design library and order more than 12 pieces, there is no set-up charge.
- Sending embroidery designs: When sending art, please e-mail the highest quality DPI .JPG, .AI, .EPS or .CDR file formats.
- Special notes: As a part of the EYB Promotions difference, we fold and individually bag all shirts at no additional charge.
